Weekly Spanish - Beginners (13 to 18 yo)

Service Description

Thursdays at 4:30 pm (PST) 45 mins each time for 8 weeks. We will use songs, games, and stories to engage our learners. They will receive immediate feedback and encouragement to practice. The first few sessions will be bilingual and gradually we will be moving to an immersive approach. We will use positive reinforcement, role play, audio visual tools, and an awesome supportive group atmosphere. Our focus is on the basics (colors, numbers, feelings) and in high frequency words. That way learners can eventually participate in mini conversations with the tutor and with each other! Week 1 - Colors and Preferences (Me Gusta/ No Me Gusta) Week 2 - Fruits and numbers 1 -10 Week 3 - Domestic Animals and Farm Animals Week 4 - Degrees of Preference (Me Encanta, Lo Detesto, Mas o Menos, etc) Week 5 - Common verbs and numbers 11 - 20 Week 6 - Days of the Week Week 7 - Family Members Week 8 - Feelings/ Emotions/ Sensations
