Spanish Conversation Club - Intermediate

Service Description

This is the perfect class for someone that can handle basic phrases and the perfect complement to a more structured class. It gives an opportunity to practice what has been learned in a more formal class, in a fun, child lead approach. The conversations will gravitate towards the children’s interests as a group and if you ever taught a child, you know tailoring to their interests is the way to really get them engaged and talking!!! I will be moderating the conversation to make sure that we stay in productive mode and that interactions remain supportive. I will also be introducing new words based on their conversational interests from the subset of high frequency words. More reserved students will be gently nudged but never forced beyond their comfort level. I find that since everyone in the group is at the same proficiency level, the kids tend to be very encouraging of each other. This is also the stage at which they start to get really excited about seeing their progress!
